We operate exclusively within the first-harvest (Ichibancha), shade-grown segment of Uji-grown matcha production. All output is stone-milled and reserved for partners aligned with long-term premium positioning.

We work closely with a small network of multi-generational tea farms in Uji, Kyoto. Each year’s first harvest is evaluated and reserved in limited allocations, ensuring consistent quality while preserving the character of each farm and cultivar.
